Brian Brouillette
Brian Brouillette was raised in Dickinson County and graduated from St. Mary's and St. Joseph Grade School (now Bishop Baraga Catholic School). He graduated from Iron Mountain High School in 1975 and received his B.S. Degree from Western Michigan University in 1979. He graduated from Cooley Law School in 1982 and has been practicing law ever since.
Brian Is Greatly Involved in the Community
- A member of the Queen of Peace Catholic Church
- The president of the Board of Directors for TRICO Opportunities, Inc., and has been on the Board of Directors since 1986 and formerly Vice President
- Served as a member of the Board of Directors for Crystal Lake Community Center, now known as the YMCA
- Assisted in creating and served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Dickinson County Adult Day Care Center Family Ties
- Involved with the Iron Mountain youth wrestling program for 10 years
- Volunteered as an assistant baseball coach for an Iron Mountain minor league baseball team
Brian's Legal Experience Includes
- A practicing attorney for over 38 years
- Served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for Workers' Compensation for the Second Injury Fund for more than 10 years
- Assistant City Attorney for the City of Kingsford
- Served as a Contract Attorney with the Dickinson County Probate Court for more than 15 years
- Has successfully tried many jury cases and has tried lawsuits in many courts
- Served as Dickinson County Bar Association President
